Job Brief:
In charge of attracting new prepaid mobile customers by developing tailored offers that meet their needs, determining the best way to communicate with them, and creating retention campaigns to keep them engaged and increase their loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new deals and promotions that cater to the needs of consumers.
- Track and assess how well the product is meeting the objectives outlined in the business case, and implement any necessary measures to improve its performance.
- Generate reports and thorough analyses for the managed segments and develop a recommendation plan based on the findings.
- Make sure that the customer experience is seamless and straightforward for the specific customer groups you are working with. Identify any areas where there are problems or obstacles, and develop solutions to address them.
- Develop a strategy to keep the recently acquired subscribers engaged.
- Bring in fresh activities and programs that will boost the total income.
- Go to the field to gain a deeper understanding of the market and sales.
Requirements
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
Level of Experience:
Moderate familiarity with a relevant industry.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Excellent knowledge of consumer behavior
- Excellent knowledge product analysis
- Good knowledge of customer experience
- Good knowledge of customer journey
- Good knowledge of strategic marketing
- proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office)
- Advanced abilities in presenting information effectively and creating visually appealing data displays.
- Proficient communication skills with the ability to effectively work with teams from different departments.
