Job Description Job Purpose

As an Accountant at Aramex, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of accounting records through accurate processing of transactions, comprehensive account reconciliations, and insightful reporting.

Job Description

Perform all accounting duties related to monthly intercompany account reconciliations and balances for all Aramex stations.
Serve as point of contact for all Aramex stations.
Process intercompany transactions and monthly reconciliations.
Work closely with the Accounting Manager and Team Leader to ensure smooth operations and timely settlement of balances.
Receive and review all station invoices.
Record invoices in the company’s financial system.
Obtain station confirmations for financial transactions.
Issue debit/credit notes.
Perform monthly reconciliation of station accounts.
Forward invoices to the company’s financial system on a daily basis.
Send invoices to relevant stations.
Continuously follow up with stations to resolve pending matters.
Processes cases by due date and closes monthly accounts.
Review monthly intercompany balances with stations.

Job Responsibilities – Experience and Education

Excellent communication skills.
Excellent English language skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Team spirit.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
