Job Title:
Marketing & Communications Supervisor
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in communication, marketing, or a similar role. Experience managing daily content on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).
Ability to create strategies that increase engagement and visibility on each platform.
⚫ Skilled in planning and organizing content calendars with creative and research
teams.
• Experience managing and implementing RACA’s corporate communications strategy and plans.
. Strong media relations experience with mainstream print and electronic newspapers in Jordan.
• Experience organizing and managing outreach activities, including participation in school and university exhibitions and fairs.
• Excellent English communication skills, proven by an IELTS score of 7 or above. • Willingness and ability to travel as required for events and outreach activities.
